Template:Axe NewThe Basic Hatchet is an Axe that can be purchased from Wood R Us for $12 Money. It is currently the cheapest axe in the game, and is usually the first axe for new Lumber Tycoon 2 players.
Design
It has a dull brown handle and head, and has a dark yellow strap near its base. Its box is colored neon yellow, the same with the Snowglow Wood's plank and the boxed Wobblebobble and has its decal on its largest sides.
Obtaining
To obtain the axe, the player must have $12 Money. Then, he/she must go to Wood R Us and locate the axe, which is the nearest to the counter. Then the player must drag its box to the counter and talk to Thom and agree to buy it.
