The Basic Hatchet is an axe that can be purchased from Wood R Us for $12 Money. It is currently the cheapest axe in the game and is the first axe for players that is new to the game. The tutorial forces players to buy the axe in order to progress through it.
Design
It has a dull brown handle and head and has a dark yellow strap near its base. Its box is colored yellow, similar to the plank form of Snowglow Wood, the boxed Wobblebobble, and has its decal on its largest sides.
Obtaining
The axe can be be bought off of the Wood R Us store, hence the player only requires enough Money ($12) to buy it. It is located at the wooden shelf nearest to the counter.
