The box has the sand texture and plain brown color. Unlike other axes, the image in the player's inventory shows the box slightly tilted, it has no image or text on the box, and seems to be unusually small.
The axe is similar to the Hardened Axe, apart from its rusty head. The handle is a dark brown color with a orange band.
